It could be better

It’s not very cleansing atleast not the way you’d expect from a cleansing balm. And moreover even apart from this product I’m extremely disappointed in your new packaging. It’s really tacky and doesn’t align with what you’d think of your brand doing. Even the formulation change was such a let down there are products of you guys I’ve been using for YEARS and the formulation change was such a downgrade. Would not repurchase. Yall used to be one of my favourites, it sucks.
