Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched and cannot be modified once placed. You’ll receive regular order updates via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Returns & Replacements
We follow a No Return & No Exchange policy. Replacements are only offered if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or if your shipment is lost in transit. To request a replacement, please report the issue within 2 days of delivery and share a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, along with the product and the issue, within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us verify and process your request quickly.
