I have been a loyal customer of Earth Rhythm for the past 4–5 years, and the Phyto Shield Mineral Sunscreen has been my absolute holy grail. It is the only sunscreen I have consistently used and repurchased over the years because I genuinely trusted its formula.
For quite some time, I was trying to purchase the Phyto Shield sunscreen, but it was continuously out of stock whenever I checked. Later, I came across the Rosy Ritual Glow Mineral Sunscreen, which was presented as a newer, improved version. Believing it would offer the same experience—if not a better one—I ordered two tubes with complete confidence.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The sunscreen is very dry, difficult to spread, leaves a strong white cast, and is surprisingly difficult to wash off. It feels nothing like the sunscreen I have loved and trusted for years. I was genuinely shocked and saddened because I had such high expectations from a brand that I have supported for so long.
What disappointed me even more was the lack of response from your customer support. I reached out almost two weeks ago regarding this issue but never received a reply. As a loyal customer, I honestly expected better support.
I am not writing to ask for a refund. I simply want the sunscreen that made me trust your brand in the first place. If possible, I would be incredibly grateful if you could replace the two Rosy Ritual Glow sunscreens with the Phyto Shield Mineral Sunscreen, or otherwise help me with a suitable solution. It would mean a lot to me.
To be honest, this experience has made me consider switching to another sunscreen brand, something I never thought I would say after relying on Earth Rhythm for so many years. I truly hope you can help resolve this and restore my confidence in your products.
